323lab is a one-man operation. My name is Michael, and I am both the owner and technician.

When you contact 323lab, you're dealing directly with me. I'm the person answering your questions, receiving your injectors, performing the testing and cleaning, documenting the results, and getting your order ready for pickup or shipping.

There are no salespeople or multiple technicians handling your injectors. One person. One point of contact. Full accountability from start to finish.

Every injector is personally inspected and tested using professional equipment. Depending on the service, our process includes:
